Every repair Applifix completes is backed by a workmanship warranty. Here's exactly what that covers and how to make a claim.
Completed repairs are covered by a workmanship warranty for the period stated on your invoice. The cover applies to the specific part we repaired or replaced and to the labour involved, starting from the date the work was finished.
The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, normal wear, customer misuse, power surges, or work carried out by anyone other than an Applifix technician. Parts you supplied yourself, and appliances with prior unauthorized repairs, fall outside our cover.
We fit only genuine manufacturer parts and test every repair in your presence before we leave. If a fault we fixed returns within the warranty period, we'll come back and put it right at no additional cost — that's our promise of honest, lasting work.
To make a claim, simply contact us with your invoice number and a short description of the issue. We'll verify the original repair and schedule a follow-up visit, usually the same or next day. Keeping your invoice ensures your claim is processed quickly.
