By booking a service with Applifix, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our professional relationship.
All appointments are provided with a 2-hour arrival window. Technicians will attempt to call 20 minutes prior to arrival. If no adult is present at the time of arrival, a service call fee may still apply.
A diagnostic fee is required for all service calls to cover the technician's time and travel. This fee is typically waived if you proceed with the recommended repair on the same day.
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, debit, and e-transfer. Professional services are subject to applicable HST.
