By booking a service with Applifix, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before your appointment.
When you book, we reserve a technician and a time slot for your home. You may reschedule or cancel free of charge by contacting us at least 3 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made later, or missed appointments, may be subject to a call-out fee.
Payment is due once the repair is complete and the appliance has been tested in your presence. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, as they cover the technician's time and assessment. If a completed repair fails within the warranty period, we will return to correct it at no extra cost.
We repair residential household appliances within Hamilton, Burlington, Grimsby and Brantford. We cannot guarantee outcomes on appliances with prior unauthorized repairs, missing parts, water or fire damage, or faults caused by misuse. Some older models may no longer have parts available; in such cases we will advise you before proceeding.
Completed repairs are covered by our workmanship warranty for the period stated on your invoice. This warranty applies only to the specific part repaired and does not cover unrelated future faults. Applifix is not liable for pre-existing damage or for loss arising from an appliance's continued use after a fault is identified. We may update these terms at any time; the version in effect on your booking date applies.
