Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. To help our technicians plan their routes and keep slots open for other customers nearby, we ask that all cancellations follow the guidelines below. These terms apply to every appointment booked through Applifix.

1. Notice Period

Please give us at least three (3) business hours' notice before your appointment start time to cancel without a fee. Same-day appointments cannot be cancelled: once a same-day booking is confirmed, the slot is locked and the technician is already being dispatched.

2. How to Cancel

Appointments can only be cancelled by speaking directly with a live agent. Once your cancellation is confirmed, the agent will give you a cancellation code over the phone. Please keep this code in case any questions about the cancellation come up later.

3. After-Hours Calls

If you reach our line outside business hours, please don't leave a voicemail. After-hours messages aren't monitored in real time and won't count as a valid cancellation request. Kindly wait until business hours and speak with an agent directly.

4. Late Cancellation Fee

Not following this policy results in a reduced service-call fee of $125 CAD plus applicable tax, due within 24 hours of the original appointment time. This fee covers technician dispatch, scheduling, and the time slot reserved for you.
