No Charge

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment window are free of charge.

Late Cancellations

$50.00 Partial Fee

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment window incur a modest administration fee to cover routing adjustments.

No-Show / At-Door

Full Service Call Fee

If our technician arrives at your home and no one is available to provide access, the standard diagnostic service call fee will apply.
